1. Every applicants are chosen and selected for funding according the waitlist.
2. We are an independent limited organization with no sponsors.
3. We do not guarantee immediate or emergency financial response.
4. All cases are accessed, analyzed, and verified before funding.
5. We do not pay directly to applicants and institutions involved. 
6. All remaining funds after allocations are declared are reserved for three months before given to someone else. 
7. Food and beverages are labeled to ensure non-expired deliveries. are made. Applicants are to verify labels during delivery. Ovech is not liable for expired delivery accepted by applicants. 
8. Under age applicants are to apply through an adults only.
9. All contracts signed are to be respected by all parties. On any occasion where applicant(s) bridge the contract, Ovech is allowed the responsibility of terminating the contract with applicant(s).
